App redesign, enhancing user engagement and personalized skincare recommendations



The original experience presented users with personalized recommendations, but lacked clarity in how decisions were made. Users were unsure what to trust, what to do next, and how recommendations related to their actual skin condition.
We redesigned the product as a decision-driven system.
Instead of simply displaying results, we structured the experience around:
– clear diagnosis explanation
– prioritized actions
– guided routines based on user context
AI was repositioned from a “feature” into a decision-support layer.
This allowed users not just to receive recommendations, but to understand them and act with confidence.
